✔ The item was purchased directly from The Sea Moss Dog Supplements (not a third-party seller).
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
❌ Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been opened or used.
The return request is made after 7 days.
The item was purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
2. How to Request a Return

3️⃣ Ship the Item – Send the product back using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.)
4️⃣ Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Exchanges
